He is a specialist in Copyright with honorable mention by the Institute of Intellectual Property and Competition Law, Mexico City campus; Specialist in Constitutional Law with honorable mention by the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Campus Ciudad Universitaria; Master in Industrial Property, Copyright and New Technologies Law with honorable mention from the Universidad Panamericana, Aguascalientes campus.

He made several graduates such as: Diploma of Intellectual Property, taught by the National Institute of Legal Development based in Mexico City; Diploma on Trademarks, taught by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office within the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property; Diploma in Procedural Reforms, taught by the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Previously, he worked in the Divisional Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, as a specialist in Nullity Lawsuits related to intellectual property rights.
He has lectured in the subject of Intellectual Property, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, within the Division of Continuing Education of the Faculty of Higher Studies of Aragon; Chair in the subject of Copyright in the Diploma of Intellectual Property, taught by the National Institute of Legal Development; as well as presentations in different forums related to Intellectual Property rights.
He has extensive experience in registration, advice, protection, representation and defense of patents, trade secrets, trademarks, franchises, copyright, reservations of rights, domain names, right to own image, entertainment law, licensing and transfer of technology, transfer of rights, contracts, licenses, protection strategies and portfolio management of intellectual property rights; proceedings before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and before the National Institute of Copyright; litigation and protection related to intellectual property rights in all instances and before any authority or court; complaints to the Public Prosecutor for crimes related to intellectual property rights; and procedures before the World Intellectual Property Organization and NIC Mexico.
